Some Common Triggers That Set Off A Bipolar Episode

Pretty much anything can set of or trigger a bipolar episode ..
Some set them off some make an episode much worse..

Some examples are..
  • Stress... either negative or possitive
  • Busy schedules
  • Lack of Sleep
  • Alcohol and Caffeine
  • Some medications like antidepressants and corticosteroids
  • The weather ..(Winter can make you more depressed, were as Summer can increase the chances of Mania)
  • Stopping your meds or scheduled treatments
  • Substance abuse
  • Thyroid problems
These are just a few common triggers as you become more
intouch with your bipolar you will start to see some sort of
pattern in yourself so that you can evaluate what triggers you ...
